Let's ask MN State Government to ban Round-up

This October, with the dry weather and winds picking up dust from the croplands, The entire state has been exposed to toxic levels of glyphosate due to aerial drift. The impact of such an assault against the environment not only effects the plants that have been prematurely defoliated but its effects on the entire food chain of every living creature, from the earthworms to the birds that eat the worms to the pollinators that we need to produce our fruits.

We need our legislators educated so they can write legislation to ban glyphosate. We need legislation in place to help farmers convert to organic farming. We need Monsanto and Cargill to keep their chemicals out of the food industry so that we can grow healthy, nutritious organic food that sustains the life of those that eat the food and the wildlife that lives in and around the farm fields.
