Help fund the mural in the tunnel at Confluence Park!
Donation protected
Greetings! This campaign seeks to crowdfund the completion of a mural in the Confluence Park tunnel along the Chenango River Promenade, building on the momentum and community interest over the first phase of installation.
The mural painting began in May, when the project received the official go-ahead from the City of Binghamton. Southern Tier artist James Mcilroy designed the artwork, with a tiered pricing structure that would allow the mural to grow over time as funding permitted.
Thanks to a grant from the Sustainable Communities Ahrend Award and private donations, James has now finished more than half the tunnel and it looks *amazing* (check it out in person!)
Any dollar amount helps! All funds received will go directly to pay James for his time, design, and expenses.
This project is affiliated with Binghamton 2Degrees, which will host the second "Binghamton 2 Degrees: Live at Confluence Park 2024" festival on August 24, 2024.
Donors of $500+ interested in having their name or business name publicly listed as sponsors can contact the project team directly through this fundraiser for details.
Thanks very much for your interest & support!
