Lets get Dexter a Fresh start

( Note from Dexters Dad Nick- Thank you all so much for your help. My wife Chelsea and I are really wanting to help my firstborn son Dex get a fresh start after the loss of his amazing mother Kelly. He’s 23 years old and needs some help. Chelsea and I have already decided to pay off his car so that he can be free from the burden of that monthly payment as well as the full coverage insurance he’s paying. After that we have also agreed to help him pay off all of his credit card debt that he accrued during this extremely painful time of losing his mom. Its our heart to see him get clear of all his debt so that he can move forward with the mourning process without any added stress. With the Car and CC payments the total is close to $10,000. This is a story… A real life story about a girl named Kelly and a boy name Dexter.

When Kelly was 14 she got pregnant and instead of choosing anything else, she chose life. At the very young age of 15 she chose to bring a young boy into this incredible life. Kelly was the most positive person to be around and was successful at almost everything she did. She chose to graduate high school, she then chose to go to college and she got a job and she worked hard and she got her own apartment.

She chose to be successful… Not only for herself but for her son, Dexter.

Her and Dexter had incredibly hard times, and crazy great times together. They went to school at the same time, they played hard, worked hard, they traveled the world together. For the longest time, it was just Kelly and Dexter. They grew up together. So, naturally when Kelly told Dexter that she had cancer, Dexter chose her. He chose to be with her through the thick and the thin, good times and hard times. For two years he was with her in the midst of fighting cancer, doctor appointments, chemo appts, radiation appts. When Kelly told Dexter she only had 2-4 months to live, he chose her once again… quitting his job as a banker and choosing to stay with his mom until the end.

Monday, Labor Day, September 5, 2022, Kelly passed away with Dexter right next to her.

It has been hard for Dexter in many areas of his life. He is back working again but his time away from work set him back financially and ........

The hardest thing anyone should ever have to do but especially for a 23 yr old young man should ever have to do is bury his mom, whom he grew up with.

Dexter now has a job, but It has only been one month since his mama has passed and he needs some time to grieve. Could you find it in your heart and soul to give Dexter a hand up financially as well as send up some prayers, for Dexter as he tries to go on in this life now without the very person he grew up with called mom.
