Lets get Kala back on her feet!

Hi Everyone, Kala needs our help!

 

Earlier this month on September 11th, Kala was in a serious surfing accident at Malibu that left her with a broken sacrum (a large bone at the bottom end of her spine) and nerve damage to her right leg. She spent 5 days in the hospital dealing with excruciating nerve pain and was mostly bed bound. Kala has a long road of healing ahead of her to get back to walking without a walker, working as a nurse and surfing. She is very motivated to get back to normal life, but is financially stressed as she will be unable to work for the foreseeable future.

 

The goal with this GoFundMe is to help Kala get through her medical recovery process until she is able to work again. This money will go towards these unforeseen medical bills including her hospital stay, necessary medications, rehabilitation, as well as her rent for the next few months.
