We're in this Together - Let's Get Leslie Better!

For as long as we have known our dear Leslie, she has had the biggest heart. She shows no hesitation when it comes to helping others. Leslie has devoted herself to friends and family, always putting everyone else's needs before her own. Now, it's time to put Leslie first.

A couple of months ago, Leslie fell sick and was let go from her job, a company she worked tirelessly for to set up two shops and manage a grand opening. She's just found out that she wasn't sick. It wasn't pneumonia. Les was diagnosed with cancer in numerous places in her body, with the primary site being in her lungs.

While we adjust to this new hard reality, Leslie keeps a bright disposition and we marvel at her strength. But she needs our help. Losing her job left her with no income and no insurance to cover the costs of her many prescriptions and treatment. Les is currently on medication to help with nausea and vomiting after chemo, another to manage sickness after radiation, a blood thinner, an oxygen tank, and assorted steroids, to name a few. The cost of prescriptions alone is close to $500 a month and Les has little to no means to cover these costs. As she just starts her chemo treatment, Leslie will likely need close to $10,000 to cover all her costs over the next year. We are looking to raise $5,000 for her. Any amount will help us get there and will show Leslie that she is surrounded by so many people who care about her.
