Let's get Papaw home!

We are trying to bring Papaw home, but there is a lot we have to do before we can safely send Mamaw and Papaw back there. Papaw has three days left at the rehab with his insurance. After that, it's out of pocket each day. They want to send Papaw home to be comfortable with Mamaw and receive home health... buttttt...

1. Their ceiling is collapsing. In half of their living room, the ceiling is exposed.

2. The house has to be leveled. It's dropped 3 inches. (This has to be done before we can fix the ceiling.

3. The electricity isn't working in the living room, so we've got to call an electrician.

Papaw is not one to ask for help.

He would however give a stranger the shirt off his back and the last penny he had.

He is the most giving and generous person I have ever met. The fact that he has kept this to himself breaks my heart. Mamaw didn't even know because she had been in the hospital or at Aunt Da's for so long.

We just didn't realize it was this bad.
