Let’s Get Pattee Back On Her Feet!❣️

Hi, FB folks! I’ve been sitting up here in beautiful South Carolina, my heart breaking for all of the people in southwest Florida who lost their homes, their belongings, their means to make a living, and even beloved family members. I’ve been through a few hurricanes during the 60 years I lived there, never thinking the Big One would ever really touch us. I’ve been made aware that one our own, Pattee Cook Frank, a good friend to a lot of people in Fort Myers and Sanibel lost everything (except family, thank God). She grew up in Buckingham and still has many ties to that community. She started her own nail salon, Tips and Toez on Sanibel where she rented a small apartment close to her shop. Her shop is a total loss and her apartment will most likely be gutted. She evacuated the day before Ian hit with two pairs of shorts and two tops. She is fortunate to have friends that are helping her out with clothes and a place to sleep, but until she can rebuild her business and clientele, she’s up against a wall. No way to make income to get back on her feet. This is my opportunity to actually make a difference for a real, hardworking, well-loved woman who could be any one of us. So, if you’re able, please contribute to our efforts to give Pattee a chance to get her life back. I thank you and Pattee thanks you.
