Let's give Angus the send-off he deserves

New Direction: As you have all heard, Angus is now at peace. He was a real force of nature who loved to have a good time and that is what we are going to do for him once the restrictions are lifted. There isn't a venue in the world big enough to accommodate his mourners so it may need to be a festival of sorts. 

Original: My brother Angus is the absolute best. Everybody who knows him adores him. He has touched a lot of lives.

Before the pandemic, he was a man about town. He could come and go as he pleased, and one of his favourite things was his nearly daily trip to Sobeys where he could buy his precious pop and socialize.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, he has been through a lot of ups and downs. Such a social person cannot deal with the restrictions and isolation he has been subjected to, that we have all had to deal with. Living in a nursing home has got to be the worst during these unprecedented times.

Because of this, his health has really been up and down. He has been in and out of the Saint Martha's ICU, on and off of a ventilator. That is where he is now.

I wish that I could do something for him, as does everybody who knows him. I figured that if we rally together and raise some funds for him, we can show him that when all of this Covid nonsense is over with, we are all excited to go back to our normal lives that include him.

Whether he wants to spend it on a party when this is all over, or a new gaming system that he thinks he can beat us at, I think he deserves anything he wants and I wish that I alone could give it to him.

Please give what you can and leave a nice message for him so that he sees it and knows he is universally adored.
