Let's Go for Luc (Keith Wilcox)
Donation protected
As many of you know, our brother Keith "Luc" Wilcox has quietly and without complaint fought kidney disease, and the many issues related to that, for much of his life. He has done it with grace, courage and faith. More remarkably, despite all of the physical challenges, Keith has been an incredibly supportive husband to Amy, a proud and engaged father to his four kids, a dedicated son, loyal brother and friend.
Sadly, Keith's battle has now reached a critical stage. He has been in the hospital for the most part since July, fending off a number of infections and the effects of reduced kidney function. Yet despite this moment, he has not lost his sense of responsibility to his family, irreverent humor, and fierce desire to win this latest fight. While we as his family have implored him to heed the advice of Coach Belichick to "just do your job" (in his case, put all of his energy into getting better), everyone knows Keith to worry about others before himself.
So with that in mind, we are launching this campaign to raise money to help offset the many medical expenses that Keith and Amy are incurring. Our goal is $75,000, which will not only help to pay bills but will also provide our brother peace of mind so he can focus on the physical challenges that lie ahead. Thank you for whatever contribution you can make, no amount is too small. And please send prayers and healing vibes Keith's way. We look forward to celebrating with Keith when he battles back, hopefully some time soon, at the Cherry Tree. In the meantime, do your job, Keith.... and we will do ours!
