In Memory of Tim Hodges: Support His Loved Ones

It is with great sadness that our dear friend, Tim Hodges, has passed away on July 13th, 2024. Tim's journey started in August of 2022 when he was told he needed a kidney transplant. During this waiting period, Tim had started a nightly routine of dialysis. In June of 2024, Tim began experiencing a variety of symptoms that ended with a trip to the ER in June of 2024, where doctors ran some tests and took biopsies. Tim's health rapidly declined, landing him back into the ER in July where doctors confirmed Stage 4 Sarcoma Malignant Epithelioid. Within 48 hours of this confirmation, Tim continued to decline rapidly and passed peacefully in his sleep surrounded by his family.

Tim is remembered as a "great husband, father, and friend with a good and caring heart". He always had a smile on his face, a shoulder to lean on, and always put others before himself. He loved his wife, two children, family and friends with everything he had. Tim's biggest concern while sick, was leaving his family and wanting to make sure they would be safe, loved, and taken care of.

All donations will be put towards funeral and hospital expenses, and any donations remaining will go directly to his family.

Tim is now playing disc golf, telling his famous dad jokes, and walking freely alongside our Lord in Heaven, smiling down upon us for eternity. Though he will be missed by all, he is resting high in the mountains, for his work here on Earth is done.
