Let’s Help Chris Early Beat Lyme Disease

Dear friends and family,
We are starting this Gofundme in honor of our dear friend Chris Early and his amazing family.
For those of you who do not know, Chris was bitten by a TICK in the summer of 2017. Shortly after Chris began to experience flu like symptoms, extreme joint pain, extreme fatigue, brain fog, memory loss, vision loss, difficulty breathing, and other neurological issues. After several failed doctors appointments, Chris was dismissed by the medical community and told to stop Googling his symptoms. He was then told that because of his family’s cancer history he too had pancreatic, lung cancer, or a cognitive brain tear and should get his affairs in order. His Doctor gave him 6 months to live! After getting tested, all his scans came back clear. NO cancer! He was then sent to a neurologist who could not find anything physically wrong with him, the neurologist asked if he was having financial problems and had ever thought about hurting himself??? The neurologist told Chris that he was probably severely depressed, and sent him home.
Fast forward to today, Chris has been positively diagnosed with Lyme Disease and and other co-infections, and has now obtained a Lyme Literate doctor. Chris is now taking oral antibiotics, herbal supplements, and recently had a pic line placed in his arm to receive I.V. medication twice a day every 12 hours for 3 months. While receiving these treatments Chris is now home bound and unable to work or drive.
Many people are looking for a way to help this beautiful family. This Go Fund Me page will give you an opportunity to bless the Early family as expenses due to Chris’ treatments and his inability to work increase. Many of you may also not be unaware that insurance does NOT cover the cost of treatments, medications, or doctor visits, therefore EVERYTHING must be paid out of pocket. We are starting with a goal of $25,000 but know their expenses could FAR exceed this because there is no definitive time table for Chris’ treatments since Lyme disease is so complex. This could be the first of many treatments for Chris. Please help and share this with as many friends as you can and help the Bearded Sick Guy Fight The Bite! Thank you for your love and support!
