Let's help Coleson hulk smash cancer!

Donation protected
As many of you know, sweet and fearless, Coleson Early, was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in early September. Anyone who knows Coleson, knows he is full of life, with a personality that fills a room; wildly wonderful, both a lover and a fighter. He has been amazingly strong during his treatment process, not once crying or wondering "why me?" There is no doubt in anyone's mind that Coleson will beat cancer's butt!

Since his diagnosis, Coleson along with his parents, Chase and Jenny, have been living in Jacksonville at the Ronald McDonald House while he undergoes aggressive treatment. While they have an amazing support system through family and friends, the reality is setting in that this journey will be a long process that will be taxing both physically, emotionally and financially. The Early's eldest son, Law, stayed behind in Tallahassee to attend school which has been extremely hard for the family to be apart. Chase and Jenny try to make trips back and forth to be with Law, however, with Coleson's immune system being so fragile, this is not as often as they would like.

One of the obstacles of having a child that is immuno-compromised is that he must have a sterile environment to recover. During the process of preparing their home for Coleson's return, water was discovered under the wood floors, causing the growth of mold spores. Complete remediation of their home is currently underway as even a single spore could be deadly for Coleson.

Those who know Jenny and Chase know how hard it is for them to accept help. Never wanting to burden others, they tend to take care of things themselves. However, after requests from so many, they have acknowledged that some help would be much appreciated in meeting the financial challenges posed by Coleson’s diagnosis and treatment. From the cost of gas to and from Tallahassee, having to eat out for almost every meal due to absence of a kitchen, medications, co-pays, you name it, it is a costly journey for any family in this position.

Knowing there are so many friends, family and colleagues who want to help in any way they can, I have set up this go fund me account to help aid in the expenses they are currently incurring during this trying time. Please do not feel obligated by any means. Jenny and Chase are so thankful to so many of you who have already supported their family and continue to ask for your prayers for Coleson and their family as they continue their fight!
