Let's Help Fernando and His Family, They Need Us

Fernando y su familia son mi segunda familia; desde muy chico crecí con ellos y hemos sido hermanos de verdad y hermanos en Cristo. Por eso hago este GOFUNDME con tanto cariño y esperanza para la familia Cabrera que tanto amamos y nos necesitan.

LO QUE ESTÁ PASANDO
Nuestro amado hermano Fernando Cabrera está luchando por su vida; después de haber sido diagnosticado con COVID-19 el 27 de Diciembre, la enfermedad le produjo Neumonía. Lo tuvieron que hospitalizar de emergencia.

Los doctores llevan más de 10 días tratando luchando por él  y tratando de estabilizar su oxigenación; han estado cerca de intubarlo pero gracias a Dios no se ha necesitado. 

Ha sido un tiempo muy difícil para Fernando por el dolor tan agudo de pulmones que tiene y por la desesperación y angustia de no poder respirar por sí mismo. El desánimo y la desesperación lo han abrumado en este tiempo, pero no hemos dejado de orar y clamar por su vida- sus oraciones lo sostienen.

NECESITAN NUESTRA AYUDA
Lamentablemente el seguro no cubre los gastos hospitalarios ni los tratamientos; la cuenta ya ascendió a mas de $80,000 US DLLS y aún sigue hospitalizado; por otro lado, Fernando es el único proveedor de su hogar y sin poder trabajar les ha sido imposible pagar la renta de Diciembre y Enero ($1,800 US DLLS por mes).

EL TIEMPO ES APREMIANTE 
No sabemos cuanto tiempo seguirá Fernando hospitalizado, pero aunque lo dieran de alta el día  de hoy el no podrá regresar a trabajar por un par de meses por lo delicados que están sus pulmones; necesita estar en recuperación, pero los gastos continuan y la renta también. 

Este es un llamado URGENTE para poderlos ayudar lo antes posible para que no los vayan a tener que desalojar de su casa por falta de pago.

Confiamos en DIOS plenamente; todo está bajo Su control y sabemos que ÉL RESPONDE.

Fernando and his family are my second family; From a very young age I grew up with them and we have been true brothers and sisters in Christ. That is why I am creating this GOFUNDME with so much love and hope for the Cabrera family that we love so much.

WHAT'S HAPPENING
Our beloved brother Fernando Cabrera is fighting for his life; After being diagnosed with COVID-19 on December 27, the disease produced Pneumonia. They had to hospitalize him right away.

Doctors have been trying to fight for him for more than 10 days and trying to stabilize his oxygen saturation; They have been close to intubating him but thank God it has not been necesary.

It has been a very difficult time for Fernando due to the acute pain in his lungs and the despair and anguish of not being able to breathe on his own. Discouragement and despair have overwhelmed him in this time, but we have not stopped praying and crying out for his life - your prayers support him more that you think.

THEY NEED OUR HELP
Unfortunately his insurance does not cover hospital expenses or treatments; the hospital bills already amounted to more than $80,000 US DLLS and he is still hospitalized; on the other hand, Fernando is the only provider in his home and without being able to work they have been unable to pay the rent for December and January ($ 1,800 US DLLS per month).

TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE 
We do not know how long Fernando will remain hospitalized, but even if he was discharged today, he will not be able to return to work for a couple of months because of how delicate his lungs are; he needs to be in recovery, but the expenses continue and so does the rent
 of his house where his family lives.

This is an URGENT call for those that are able to help as soon as possible so that they will not have to be evicted from their home for non-payment.

We fully trust GOD; everything is under His control and we know that HE ANSWERS PRAYERS.
