Let's help Jeni get her vehicle back on the road

My family and I (Kelly Jones) have had the privilege, actually honor, of knowing Jenifer Galen (Jeni) for the last two years. She was Oliver's kindergarten teacher, then moved with the class to first grade. During the time she became a dear friend to David and I. She is the most genuine amazing person and I am so thrilled to know her, and have a friendship with her.

As you just read, Jeni is a school teacher. What I did not mention is she is a private Christian School teacher. As much as she, and every other teacher at the school, deserves a higher salary it is not in the budget to fund that for them.

Jeni is a single mother of three children, two of which are driving (this vehicle). Her boys go to two different schools in the area requiring dependable transportation to get to and from, as well as dependable transportation for her to get to and from work and church. Recently, her vehicle quit on her. It has been looked over and she has gotten a quote on the necessary repairs needed. Given the cost of things today, her pay, and other factors encountering this unexpected expense is a bit stressful.

I am starting this fundraiser, for her, for a few reasons:

1. She would not ask for this help herself

2. She knows the Lord will provide but I would also like to help her

3. She deserves to have one less stresser on her plate

Any funds raised will be given to Jeni to pay for her vehicle repairs and anything possibly raised over that will be for her to put towards other things on her plate.
