Let's help Johnny Patterson and his family

Hi, I am Carolyn Green, Lee County Coroner. I have known Johnny Patterson for many years as I frequently work with various law enforcement agencies in this county. Johnny has always been so very kind and helpful in any way possible. Johnny has been in law enforcement for almost 25 years. He has been married to his wife, Carol for 36 (almost 37) years. As many know, Johnny is the school resource officer at Shannon Primary and was tragically hit yesterday as he directed traffic. He is in ICU fighting for his life at this time. This will likely require quite a time of healing which will obviously mean that he's unable to work. I'm sure his wife will be with him as much as visitation policy allows and will be off work as well. Let's dig in our pockets and help them out during this emergency state that they find themselves in. If you can give a $1 or much more, it will be greatly appreciated. Johnny has previously worked at Shannon Police Dept. and currently serves as Assistant Chief at Verona Police Department in addition to his duties as School Resource Officer.
