Let's help Lia on her road to recovery

Donation protected
Hi, our sweet Lia has a heart of gold and has been through the things we talk to God about: "Why do bad things happen to such good people?" Lia works very hard and has so many talents, but since approximately August 10, 2022, she has been unable to work. Lia had a slip and fall accident simply walking into her apartment while on the phone with her friend Nicole, slipping on a mat and causing an injury that the orthopedic surgeon says happens to football players and professional athletes. Lia has the tendon in her upper leg completely torn off, which required a huge surgery to reattach the tendon to the hip. The injury is a Complete Avulsion. Lia's leg is set in a cast at a 90-degree angle and she will not be able to take the cast off for approximately 90 days. She will be completely out of work from approximately August 10th through the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. Lia is self-employed and after having gone through the previous few years, she was working hard at starting her life over again. She is out of savings and has been suffering from worrying about her future, trying to stay in her apartment, pay her rent, and utilities, buy food or even how prepare a meal being bedridden, making her car payments, etc. It is completely overwhelming. If you can help Lia to stay in her apartment for the next four months until she is able to rehabilitate from her injury, we would be so thankful for your donation. If you want to deliver meals or send over Door Dash, I will be happy to coordinate that on a daily calendar so you can reach out to me anytime through FB messenger under Sandi Brown Alexander and I will tell you what dates are available for delivery. If you have time to pray for Lia or help her in any way, thank you! If you are not financially able to make a donation, your prayers are treasured as well. "Dear Lord Jesus, please hold Lia in your arms and give her strength for healing, both physically and emotionally. This is a bad injury called a complete avulsion, which is a torn tendon from the bone in her upper leg, and it is a painful and stressful time in her life. We need her friends and family to come together for her in prayer. Please rally everyone to help Lia as much as possible. She will not be able to work for at least 90 more days from now and she is self-employed. Please comfort her in her cast and sedentary position and lessen her pain. Jesus, thank you for the gift of this beautiful person and please help her to heal completely from this injury. In Jesus' name, I pray, Amen.
