Let's help our selfless friend Hannah and her fam

As I'm sure most of you know, our sweet, brave Hannah has recently undergone serious surgery for a sudden diagnosis of Cauda Equina Syndrome. It is rare and has life-altering implications. A few of us have been thinking of ways that we might be able to make her life a little easier in the coming weeks, allowing her to focus her attention where it matters most, on her recovery.

 

Hannah's father is currently with her in Halifax at the cost of per day accommodations as he is not allowed to stay in the hospital with her, plus meals for hotel and living expenses. Curt and Lennon will need to travel up when they can to offer support. There will also be costs associated with rehabilitation.

 

I hope we can all pool together and raise some funds to ease the financial burdens associated with the week and month or however long it takes. I think the goal here is reasonable and totally doable. If this campaign grows rapidly, which I hope it will I will amend the goal accordingly. All funds will be e transferred directly to Hannah.

 

We just spoke on the phone, and she accepts this help. I feared she would not.

 

No amount is too tiny, and absolutely no amount is too large.
