Let's Help Ronald Fight Cancer

Soy Jeanpierre Ornaque, y he creado esta cuenta con el fin de poder ayudar a mi Padre Ronald Ornaque a costear los gastos de su tratamiento para poder combatir el cancer.

 

Les cuento un poco, el día 08 de enero del presente año 2022; a mi Padre se le realizó una tomografía pélvica con contraste en donde se evidenció un tumor en la parte baja del recto. Seguido a esto y por la urgencia que ameritaba le realizaron un estudio colonoscopico donde se comprobó que aquel tumor que se apreció en la tomografía estaba ahí, a 3 cm del recto, un lugar delicado donde su esfínter se encuentra comprometido y esto hace delicado su diagnóstico. Ese mismo día el 12 de enero cuando se le realizó el estudio de la colonoscopia, mi papa se despertó de la anestesia con mucho dolor y estando en su casa se incrementó más las molestias, no entendía porque se sentía tan mal si solo había sido un estudio, resultó que salió algo mal y su colon ascendente sufrió una laceración, y se le hizo una cirugía de emergencia al dia siguiente, por complication durante la colonoscopia, realizándole una HEMICOLECTOMIA EN LA PARTE DERECHA DEL COLON + ENGRAPADO QUIRÚRGICO + DRENAJE INTRA ABDOMINAL.

 

Resultado de la biopsia: TUMORACION DE MUCOSA DE RECTO BAJO:

ADENOCARCINOMA MODERADAMENTE DIFERENCIADO INVASIVO, ULCERADO.

 

Por tal motivo mi Papá en esto momentos necesita de mucho apoyo tanto emocional como económico, viene un camino duro de transitar.

 

El tratamiento consta de 3 ciclos de quimioterapia y radioterapia, para luego someterse a una nueva operación para retirar lo que reste de tumoracion y luego someterse nuevamente a par de ciclos de quimioterapia.

 

Adjunto los informes médicos, estudios, biopsia y tratamiento.

I am Jeanpierre Ornaque, and I have created this account to help my Father, Ronald Ornaque, cover his treatment costs to fight cancer.

 

I will tell you a little bit of his story, on January 08, 2022; My father had a pelvic tomography with contrast which revealed a tumor in the lower part of the rectum. Due to the urgency that it warranted, they performed a colonoscopy; Doctors found that the tumor seen in the tomography was 3 cm closed to his rectum, in a place where his sphincter is compromised, which makes his diagnosis delicate. That same day, on January 12, 2022, after the colonoscopy study, my father woke up from the anesthesia with a lot of pain, but he was discharged and went home. But, the discomfort increased, and he didn’t understand why he felt so bad. It turned out that something had gone wrong, and his ascending colon suffered a laceration and the next day he had surgery. During surgery, they found that he had a complication during the colonoscopy; he had a HEMICOLECTOMY ON THE RIGHT PART OF THE COLON + SURGICAL STAPLING + INTRA ABDOMINAL DRAINAGE.

 

The biopsy results show a TUMOR OF THE LOWER RECTUM: MODERATELY DIFFERENTIATED INVASIVE ADENOCARCINOMA, ULCERATED.

 

For this reason, my dad needs a lot of emotional and financial support right now to fight this battle.

 

The treatment consists of 3 cycles of chemotherapy and radiotherapy, to then undergo a new operation to remove what remains of the tumor and then undergo a couple of cycles of chemotherapy again.
