Hi, my name is Elvis Trujillo Jr., and I am hosting this fundraiser for Steve. All proceeds will go directly to him and his family to pay Medical and Home Bills. While I have known Steve for just a few months, I can say that he is just a phenomenal employee who is a "company man "(as he would say it), but he is just more than a Racing Office Employee. Steve is a great human being with a big heart who always tends to those who need his help, regardless of the situation. He always has a smile on his face regardless of the problem, but something life-changing happened to Steve recently. He was working doing yard work and caught fire via gasoline. Sadly, he suffered harsh burns where over 30% of his body caught fire. Currently, Steve is in the hospital, in the ICU (Intensive Care Unit), where he will remain for 30 days and will need to recover for a few weeks to months when he gets out. I ask not as a co-worker of Steve but as a friend to come together as a united racing community to support Steve and his family during this challenging time.
