Let’s help Tash & Lolo post Hurricane Debbie
Donation protected
Debbie was a surprise for many on the Gulf Coast of Florida, and especially to our community in Sarasota. It has left many a in devastating and scary place. Many lost homes, memories, all basic needs and having to find ways to go back to normal life while having lost everything.
Tash and Lolo are two special souls who lost everything, had to relocate and were renting, not knowing or even being able to afford renters insurance as a single Mom. The Property Manager has yet to respond to her after over a week of reaching out, which isn’t a big surprise in todays world. Natasha is one who many call “Mama Tash”.. when she isn’t working hard to provide a life for her daughter and herself, she is often doing things to help and provide for others, even though she doesn’t have much. She is one of the first people to message me in a time of need, ways to help or to donate and give to others.. I think she is probably mad that I have created this because that’s just how humble, generous and independent she is.
Let’s help with a food train, costs to relocate, replace all of the items lost, help pay for cost of daycare and expenses of hotels in the meantime. Rent alone is $2000 a month around Sarasota. Daycare isn’t too far off if not more. $10,000 seemed like a reasonable start, however not the only way we can help. If you have items to donate or want to provide meals for them- please email, text or call me personally so she doesn’t have the stress of coordinating or collecting things while she still doesn’t have a place to live. Let’s try and get her and Lolo back on her own two feet so they can try to find their new normal after having lost everything.
