Let’s help Teri Douglas during her recovery

Hi. My name is Tracey Gowland and I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know Teri Douglas, here at Silveridge. I’m hoping to raise some funds so Teri can recover and not have to worry about any financial responsibilities during this trying time. We want her to be able to focus on getting stronger.

Teri’s story: Teri had a massive heart attack on March 3 and was put into an induced coma and intubated. She is off the ventilator now, and still in the hospital while they do extensive cardiac & neurological studies. She’s had 3 stints put in and must be fitted for a Life Vest while waiting to get strong enough to have a pace-maker put in. She will then be moved to a skilled nursing facility to recuperate. We have no idea how long all of this will take, before Teri can return home.

Teri’s only source of income is her Social Security. She has used up any sick time she had and now will have no other income until October, when she can return to her duties at Silveridge.

Let’s help Teri so she needn’t worry about money while she gets stronger. She has been a bright light in our community and we miss her smiling face. Let’s rally together & show her how much she means to us. Any donation will be appreciated & God bless.
