Lets help the Chapman Family

Jake is a 39 year old devoted husband, father and military veteran. He was recently found unconscious and transported to the local hospital. His family received news that he was deceased only to find out 7 HOURS LATER he was still alive! Since then the family has been through more difficulties than any family should have to face at a time like this.

Jake has recently been transported to the VA hospital in Gainesville for more proper treatment and care. There will be many expenses that will come up for the family during this time. Please help in any way you can!!!!
