The founders of Benny's Bodega need our Help!!

Hi I am Sandy, and I started this to help the Davey's rebuild what they lost.

As Many of you know Ben and Heather Davey, had a “Shed Fire” yesterday. As quoted by Heather,

“This was a shed on fire with about 6 small engine gas powered machines inside it… gas cans… firewood, electric powered pool pumps, heaters, etc. lining the back of it and most terrifying two 250-gal propane tanks on the side of it.

This was an explosion waiting to erupt and only 25 feet from our home….

This was no “shed fire” … “

They are all beyond lucky to be alive, safe and ready to face the unknown amount of time and energy with Insurance companies and regrouping and fixing all that needs to be fixed. They lost their Shed, and Thousands of dollars of equipment, including A Generator, Zero turn Lawnmower, Power washer, all their power tools, Pool pumps, pool heater, and so much more. The side of their house was damaged, and the siding will need to be replaced, and because the siding is old, most likely the whole house will have to be resided. With this all being said, there is no way to know what the insurance will cover and or replace. Obviously, the insurance will cover a portion of the losses, but not sure if they will cover everything.

Anyone who knows Ben and Heather, know that they are two of the Humblest people you will ever meet. They are the 1st to say no we are fine; we do not need any help. They would never ever ask for help, because they would not want to burden anybody asking to help, so we thought this is the next best thing to do, I will ask for the help for them. This way they can begin to replace even the small things, or if they wanted to, they could take some of the money and donate to the Emergency teams that came to their aid. But so many people love the Davey-5 and this is the only way we figured we could help them without them saying no. If you are inclined to help them, please do. If not, please share this post!
