Let’s help the Nucci Family

Hello friends of Caio and Cristiane Nucci,

 

The Nuccis had been living in the US for the past 3 years. They built a life in Houston and were proof that the American Dream really does exist. Caio worked hard as a BJJ instructor and gave private lessons during his free time. Their children attented school and picked up the language in a matter of months. They had a cute apartment in Pearland.

On February 28, the Nucci family took a trip to Brazil to renew their US visa and visit their family. And thats when their lives turned upside down. The immigratiom officer denied the renewal of their visa in the first couple minutes of the interview without asking to review any of the paperwork they had so carefully put together. Since they no longer have a visa, they are unable to come back to the US even to collect their belongings. They are now relying on the help of friends to pack their possessions and ship them to Brazil.

Consequently, they were left without an income or savings. They used up all their savings to pay for the visa renewal process, which includes legal and consular fees.

They now need to restart their lives in Brazil from scratch, and they really need our help.
