Hold Your Horses... Jenn is Turning 50!
Tax deductible
I’ve taken thousands of pictures and hugged hundreds of horses over the years. They are truly extraordinary animals and many need our help. I couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate my 50th than to have everyone I know and love come together and help save horses with me. No gift would make me happier!
I'm raising money to benefit The Dorset Equine Rescue in Vermont. This group saves over 30 horses every year. I’ve been active with the rescue and have seen firsthand the powerful impact we make saving the lives of neglected, abused and over-worked horses.
The Dorset Equine Rescue's mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home abused, neglected, and slaughter bound horses. Many people reach out to the rescue for help but also, they seek out horses in dire situations and “kill pens”, raise funds to get them out and bring them to safety in Vermont. The rescue provides a loving and rehabilitative transitional home including veterinary and nutritional care. Once ready for their forever family, each horse is selectively placed in a pre-screened and qualified home. It is wonderful but hard work and I’m so proud to be a part of such a cause.
I would be grateful for any contribution. Just remember, next time you are around a horse, give them a big hug! They really are special and you’ll get back more than you put in, every time!
All my love,
Jenn
