Let's Lift up Lorrie in her Leukemia Battle!

As many of you know, Lorrie had a sudden, hard battle recently with Leukemia in 2019. After long hospital stays, chemotherapy & countless blood tests - she was given the all clear that the Cancer was in remission. That being said - there was a 50% chance that it could return.
Unfortunately, this week, Lorrie has found out that the Leukemia has returned.
This time will be an even harder battle for our sweet Lorrie. Due to the necessary COVID-19 restrictions, she has to endure these next long hospital stays alone during her chemotherapy rounds, as well as needing to go down to Calgary for the necessary Stem Cell Replacement for a minimum of 3 months after the chemo.
In all of this Lorrie has persevered like a champ & even started a new job in the New Year, only to be hit with this devastating news and total upheaval of her World again. Even harder this time, with the accommodations & costs associated in Calgary for the Stem Cell Replacement.
Any of us could be in this situation at any time. I know that with the help of their friends, family & community - they can get through this with fewer financial worries & look forward to brighter days ahead.
