Let's LIFT Up Tena & kids by PAYING IT DOWN!

As friends of Tena we have watched her work tirelessly as a single mom to her 5 kiddos. She has navigated her finances with next to nothing as her husband walked into prison for an indefinite length of time. He will have many years left where she will be single parenting 5 kids - her oldest will require special care for the entirety of his life, while the two youngest will eventually need their wheelchair accessible home to meet their needs, so losing their home is not an option.

It’s been a very difficult journey for her so far with no relief in the near future. So far she has called on a small group of people when needs have arisen - and with 5 kids there have been a lot. The oldest non special needs child is now in college, with the next only a couple years off. We are doing this fundraiser so Tena can better concentrate on being a mom AND dad to her kids and give them the childhood that they deserve.

While our goal of $50k will only pay a portion of her mortgage, we know that God works in big ways when His people work together for His glory. We are hopeful that $50k will be surpassed, and if it isn't, whatever is raised will get this family much closer to owning their home and having peace of mind.
