Let's pour into Erika

Hello Family and Friends,

First, thank you all so much for taking the time to read this. As most of you know, our beloved Erika Nicole Barnes, the wife of Joseph Barnes, and the mother of Janae Gill-Woods and Ronald Gray Jr. was involved in a major car accident on January 29, 2023 while traveling home from a friend’s house. The accident caused severe internal injuries to Erika, and she has been under the care of medical staff since that time. While Erika is not the same Erika we know and love, with God’s Grace and Mercy, she is being restored and healed daily. Erika has touched so many lives; to include her family, extended family from her church, North Carolina A&T State University, Delta Sigma Theta, Inc., and Black Girls Run, as well as friends near and far. She has poured into so many people and is continuing to do so from her bed of affliction, look at God.

As you can imagine, Erika’s family desires to be by her side daily to ensure she gets the best care possible and because of her accident, expenses are accumulating. We want to support them by decreasing the financial burden and allow them to focus on her care. Therefore, we are asking that you contribute to the “Let’s pour into Erika” fund to assist with medical, as well as other expenses to assist with Erika’s journey to full recovery. Any contribution that you can make to help her on this journey would be greatly appreciated.
