Let’s Raise some money for Jack Our Hero

Jack is an amazing 7 year old little boy who has been through more than most of us ever will in our lifetime. Jack was born with his intestines outside of the abdomen he’s been through quite a few surgeries, had a stroke when he was only 3 years old has gone through rejection more than we can count and has been holding strong like the hero that he is ! Jack has been in the hospital now for 3 months and it has been quite the challenge for him and his mom who is quite the hero herself. Please help Jack with whatever you can so we can get him ala few things needed to make him more comfortable when he gets home. Jack needs a Hoyer as he is now very heavy to move around the house he needs a wheelchair let’s get out boy home please donate.
