Let's Rally to Bring Jens Home!

My name is Sylvia Baliko and some of you may know me as the Ontario Regional Coordinator for the Tetra Society.  My brother-in-law Jens had emergency back surgery December 30th & 31st, 2020, which has left him a paraplegic.  We need to bring him home, but his home is not very accessible right now.  Although the government will pay 75% for his wheelchair, we are left to pay for a wheelchair incline stairlift, commode, medical supplies, etc. totaling more than $40k.If we do not get this installed soon, he will have to pay to stay in a hotel, which is an added cost.  He is working hard in rehabilitation to come home to his wife and cat and has a date set for late March.  He is a proud man, so I am doing this for him and his wife.  Anything you can spare would be greatly appreciated!
