Get the homelessness out of hopelessness

The homeless community faces unimaginable challenges, especially during the cold winter months. Through our UpLift Kits, our team is committing to providing some basic necessities to the less fortunate, as they forge their journeys towards a better life. Together, we’ll show that helping those most in need isn’t a charity, it’s an investment into our very communities.

Each UpLift Kit includes a pair of socks, a few balanced snacks, a toothbrush, toothpaste, wipes, deodorant, antibiotic ointment, adhesive bandages, and a resource list (of nearby shelters, food, and connecting outreach services). Our plan is to keep expanding the UpLift Kits, to include even more applicable/seasonal necessities (lotion, lip balm, sanitizer, public transport fare card).

Ensuring that homelessness doesn’t equal hopelessness. UpLift Kits are our mutual gesture to a hand UP, not a hand out. Let’s commit to sparking countless smiles onto the faces of those who could use it most…
