Lets support Bobbi with this battle of her life

Donation protected

Hello, my name is Shelley, some of you may know me, this is for our dear friend, Barbara (Bobbi), who is right now in a battle for her life. She moved back Home to Florida from the Maryland area after retirement to be close to her elder siblings.

Soon after, she experienced momentary blindness in her right eye, when it happened a second time, she realized she needed to seek medical attention and, during this lengthy testing process, it was discovered and diagnosed that she had a RARE disease called CEREBRAL AMYLOID ANGIOPATHY, hemorrhaging in the walls of the small arteries in the brain, something most people never heard of. What was confusing, to say the least, is that it’s incurable and no known treatment exist for CAA. She has exhausted all of her own funds reaching out, searching for answers and seeking help from well-known medical facilities and doctors throughout the nation, going through various testing and getting ongoing medical care to monitor and address the symptoms. Along with hemorrhaging, there are other serious complications associated with this disease, such as, seizures, stroke, gradual dementia, worst of all ALZHEIMER'S, sudden brain freeze type headaches, near or actual unconsciousness, numbness, weakness, paralysis. She has already begin experiencing some of these symptoms.

Upon moving back home, her only brother fell ill. She nursed him through two catastrophic medical issues along with Covid, all while keeping herself protected and functioning as his main caregiver. Although this was a very stressful task and responsibility to take on, She felt GOD brought her back home just in time. During this time, she also lost her eldest sister to Covid while in a nursing facility. Barbara was advised by her medical team that she now has to focus her attention on taking care of herself.

Barbara is a champion, she has battled stage 3 breast cancer and won and through her continued faith, refuses to give into this disease, but is seriously struggling financially while depending on disability barely making her monthly house responsibilities. Please help my friend with this beautiful heart, she is always giving of herself, volunteering to help others, feeding the hungry, volunteering to support Habitat for Humanity, even during the aftereffects of Katrina, and the Mask Project, making masks to donate to hospitals during Covid, going above and beyond, and that’s just to name a few.

I just pray that she can receive that same love through this. Anything you can do to help her in this battle, would be a wonderful blessing. Also, sharing this with others as soon as possible and keeping her in your prayers, would be helpful and greatly appreciated.

Thank you, stay safe and Love and blessings to all.
