Life is very fragile. In a moment you can go from laughing and dancing to being bed bound and in excruciating pain. Katherine Guzman is a 17 year old high school student that was visiting El Salvador with her family when a tragedy found her on Wednesday April 6, 2016. Katherine was the only survivor in a head-on collision with a semi-truck that put her in a critical condition with internal bleeding, broken bones and many bruises. Before she can come home, she needs to be in a stable condition and to achieve that she needs to have surgery to stop the internal bleeding and have additional CT scans to rule out a major bleed in the brain. We are asking for help to pay for her medical care in El Salvador by raising $20,000 so she can make it back home.

La vida es fragil, en un momento puedes ir de risas y baile a una camilla en gran agonia. Katherine Guzman es una joven de 17 anos el la escuela secundaria que estaba visitando El Salvador con su familia cuando una tragedia sucedio Miercoles 6 de Abril 2016. Katherine se encontro la unica sobreviviente en una colicion de frente con un camion que puso su vida en graves condiciones, con desangrados internos, huesos rotos, y muchos moretes. Antes de regresar a casa necesita estar en condiciones estables y para llegar a ese punto ella necesita sirugia para ponerle alto al sangrado y un CT scan addicional para asegurarnos que no hay mas dano incluso en el cerebro.
Estamos pidiendo que nos ayuden recolectar fondos para pagar por su tratmiento medico en El Salvador para que ella pueda regresar a casa. Agradecemos cualquier contribucion. Gracias.
