Ricky is a sophomore Aggie pursuing an engineering career. Formally a Mission High School student, he is the oldest of three and has always been a straight A student. Through his school years he was consistently recognized for always excelling. On Sept 30 he was transferred from McAllen medical to MD Anderson as he was diagnosed with Leukemia. He will continue treatment in Houston for the next 8 months while his two younger siblings stay back home.
We are humbly asking for your generosity. The last thing that we want is Rickys’ family to be thinking about their bills or needing to be at work. Along with finding a place to stay in Houston, their bills will be astronomical and at the same time, their income will drop dramatically as they leave work to be with Ricky. We're asking for everyone's help to SHRINK this large financial gap between their heavy financial burdens and reduced income that they face in the coming days/weeks/months/years.
