Level Up to Fund Muscular Dystrophy

Lara Ray and I are participating in the "Level Up Games" at our gym, Burn Bootcamp of Poway. Burn is a chain.. and if there is one near, you... you HAVE to check it out!! We are raising money to benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association, Inc., and any donation will help make an impact. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to us.

We are so thankful that we have the ability to use our muscles, exercise them, keep them healthy, and become strong. Lara and I love our gym, and nearing 40 in the next few months (she is a little younger than me), we are both the strongest we have EVER BEEN! We are both Navy Spouses, with husbands that are CO's of Destroyers.. and they are gone all the time. Exercise is important to our daily lives not only for our physical/mental health, but for our kids to say, "Our mom is strong!"

Workout:
WORKOUT #1: SAC Test (REPS FEMALE/MALE) - 30 Min Time Cap
Pull-Ups x 5/15 reps
Push-Ups x 25/50 reps
Double Unders x 25 reps Mod Down: Singles x 50 reps
Jump Squats x 75/50 reps Mod Down: Bodyweight Squats
Full Burpee x 25/50 reps Mod down: Step back into Burpee, go to knees for push up, step back up
½ Mile Run Mod Down: 1/4 mile walk

WORKOUT #2: K5 (WEIGHT LBS FEMALE/MALE) – 7” Time Cap
KB Deadlifts x 20 reps(#35/44) Mod down:(#26/35)
KB Swing x 20 reps(#35/44) Mod down:(#26/35)
KB High Pulls x 20 reps(#35/44) Mod down:(#26/35)
KB Goblet Squats x 20 reps (#35/44) Mod down:(#26/35)
KB Shoulder Press x 20 reps (#35/44) Mod down:(#26/35)

WORKOUT #3: THE QUAD - 3 ROUNDS FOR TIME (WEIGHT LBS FEMALE/MALE) – 18” Time Cap
Ground to OH Press x 20 reps (#17.5/25) - Mod Down:(#15/20)
Power Plank Push Up x 10 reps - Mod Down: Step up for Power Plank, knees for push up
1-Arm Snatch x 10 reps/arm (#30/40) - Mod Down:(#20/#30)
Double Unders x 30 reps - Mod Down: Singles x 75 reps
