Levi Clouse

Levi Clouse, 21, is an amazing son to Amy and Chris Clouse, grandson to Bruce and Rita Fortner, and father of  a 4 year old boy. On January 27th, 2020, he was involved in a head on collision and put into a medically induced coma due to the extent of his injuries. He was taken by flight for life and sent to Scottsbluff Hospital. The surgery was immediate when he arrived at the hospital. After coming out of surgery, the family was informed that there was no internal bleeding but both legs, his left arm and shoulder, cheekbones, nose, and jaw are broken. His pelvis is injured, and his sacrum is broken. On Thursday Levi went in for a head cat scan to double check for any possible head injury. An IVC filter was put in to help prevent blood clots from forming. Throughout another surgery on Thursday, they found another broken bone in his right heel and a fractured rib. He will end up needing extended care, this being only the first of many surgeries. Surgeons are working hard to avoid infection and to control his pain.


The donations are for Amy and Chris Clouse to help alleviate lost income because they are sitting at their son's bedside and to continue to provide for Levi’s medical expenses. And for any other expenses.
