Levi, the blue Detroit Doberman, having seizures

Donation protected
Hello again everyone!

Back in November 2021, many of your helped save the life of Levi, the 5 yr old blue, male Detroit Doberman, whose owner passed away from COVID. Levi was left alone, until some squatters dealing drugs showed up, beat him, broke his spine, and threw him out in the cold yard to die.

A couple brave souls rescued Levi from that yard, a myself and another woman adopted Levi. Many surgeries, and much vet care ensued, as Levi also had Von Willebrandt Disease. The spinal surgery caused him to have Grand Mal Seizures, which have been minimized over the last 18 months, but still require continuous care and medication. We have been able to manage his care, but many of the expenses were put on Care Credit, which is now maxed out.

Last night, Levi had another Grand Mal seizure. He went to Wilson's Vet, and was stabilized on Valium. He requires further treatment, but we didn't have the funds to admit him. His treatment last night was $312, and the estimate to hospitalize him for 24 hrs of care is $1434-3355. Both of these estimates are shown below.

We are trying to save Levi once more, and would appreciate donations of any size, so that our boy has a chance at recovery. His vet bills in the last 18 months have been substantial, but he is so worthy!

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
