Lewis Children’s Fund
We are asking for donations in lieu of flowers or meals or gifts to help honor Bryan Lewis’ life. All of these funds will be distributed to his 6 children as their needs arise through childhood and young adulthood. Our hope is that the fund will raise enough for each child to be able to access $1,000 of assistance, since they can’t ask Dad anymore.
Whether that is money for fuel, the first months rent on an apartment or to help buy a car, we want to make sure that Bryan can still have a role in supporting his children after his death.
Bryan was an electrician in Wichita, Kansas and left this world in an unexpected car accident. He had no savings, life insurance or anything of real monetary value. He believed heavily in helping others and gave a lot of time and services as an electrician to those less fortunate and his church.
Please donate what you can to help ensure we minimize whatever minor impacts we can for these kids. We are only establishing this because we would prefer not to get flowers or meals or gifts, but we know that loved ones want to help, so this is our way to try and continue helping the kids left behind.
We love you all and do not expect anything to be given or actually believe we will get close to $6,000, but we had to set a goal. Thank you all for loving him and honoring his life.
