***UPDATE***

Lou finally got cleared for his surgery and they proceeded to do it yesterday. He is awake and able to move his toes and ankles. Please continue to pray for Lou!!! Also, I just want to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart for their donations and prayers!!!

Hello friends, family and strangers my brother Lou, has recently been admitted to UPMC, after not being able to feel his legs or walk. He is needing some help, financially and spiritually. They were supposed to perform a very dangerous surgery on his back but he can't get cleared for the surgery. They are looking into other options at this time. Of course, he will be out of work for some time, leaving his girlfriend Allie to be the sole provider for their family, which also includes our father that Lou and Allie care for. Allie will be managing work, caring for our dad and being there for Lou, with help from the family but her work hours will be reduced until we are for certain what is going to happen so she can be at the hospital with Lou.

Lou is a member of the Coral-Graceton Sportsman club, Tide Sportsman Club, and the America Legion. He enjoys fishing, riding his bike, spending time with Allie, his dogs and family, especially his nieces and nephews. Lou prides himself on being a dedicated drug and alcohol counselor and helping others as much as he can. He was due to start a new career this week that he was so looking forward to. If you know my brother, you know that he would do anything he could to help not only his loved ones but anyone he knew needed a hand, So please, if you are able to help in any way, anything and everything is truly appreciated!
