Lexi's Stanford High School Summer Program

Lexi was invited to participate in an amazing opportunity, to attend Stanford High School Summer College 2019.  After submitting her essays, high school transcript, and list of achievements, she was accepted and awarded an $8,000 grant tuition.  Although the grant tuition helps immensely, Lexi still needs help obtaining the full cost of the program.

This is an estimated fee as the meal program selected by default (unable to change until course enrollment opens on April 14, 2019) only covers 14 meals in a 7 day period.   The $8,000 will be deducted from the total fee; using the numbers provided that leaves Lexi with a remaining out-of-pocket of $6507.00.  Since we will be increasing her meal plan we are anticipating the increase of cost and asking for assistance to reach Lexi's goal of $6700.00.

Lexi has overcome many obstacles in life including but not limited to medical issues and still she has persevered.  Lexi is in National Honor's Society, a member of her school's production design team, works part-time, volunteers and does community service, all while maintaining a GPA of 3.917.  She would love to take advantage of this opportunity and is asking for any help you may be able to provide.
