Help Liam raise money for the Dan Kay Foundation

Hey guys,

For those who don't know me, I am not much of an athlete. I would currently consider a short shuffle to the fridge my daily exercise. But I would like to change this and for some reason have decided to sign up for the Liverpool half marathon in March. This feels a near impossible task right now so I could do with some inspiration.

In 2023 Dan Kay, a brilliant journalist and good friend to many of us at the Liverpool Echo, tragically died after his mental health declined. Dan was an inspirational figure known across Merseyside for his tireless campaigning and his brilliant writing.

Since his death, Dan's family and friends have launched the Dan Kay Foundation, which aims to continue Dan's legacy of helping others with funding for projects around mental health and a mission to spread joy to the less fortunate.

Any donations you can make to help push this ageing, washed up journalist around the course would be hugely appreciated and will all go to a great cause set up in the name of a great man.
