Liam Swales Personal Training 2022 Challenge

Throughout 2022 I will be raising money for AndysManClub. A charity devoted to raising awareness for men’s mental health and well-being, promoting and providing safe facilities throughout the UK for men to open up and tackle their issues without judgement. It’s a charity that’s constantly growing and one close to my heart, which is why I’m set on doing my bit for them and their hard work.

Over the year I will be doing 12 charity challenges (one per month), all designed to push me both mentally and physically. Every month will be something different and will run all the way from January to December. The challenges are as follows:

January: 100 Pull Ups per day. February: 30000 Sit Ups in a month. March: 4 x 4 x 48 Challenge. April: Yorkshire Three Peaks. May: Burpee Mile (1 Mile of burpees). June: Walk from Old Trafford to John Smith Stadium. July: Tough Mudder Classic. August: Sky Dive. September: Great North Run. October: 600,000 Steps in the month. November: One Inch Punch Man training every day (100 press ups, 100 sit ups, 100 squats and 10km). December: 12 hour workout (Every hour do a 30 minute workout for 12 hours).
