Liam’s Cardiff City Memorial Plaque
For those of you who knew our Liam, knew just how much he loved his football. Wales, Cardiff City and Manchester United, his life revolved around these teams and he was always thinking about where he would be travelling next. He was such a happy, funny, mischievous character, always smiling as you can see from near enough every single photo. He will always be remembered and spoken about by every single person who knew him.
We have decided to set this up in Liam’s memory so we can get a plaque made and put up by the Ninian park gates down the Cardiff City Stadium. This will be a place where many people can visit on a match day or non-match day. Any remaining funds left over we will be splitting it between 2 charities. The Ataxia UK charity, which is close to our hearts as this is the condition which Liam had and this charity is so helpful in providing information and knowledge when you are unsure, as his condition was so rare. The other charity we have chosen is the Cardiff City Foundation, as Liam loved this club so much and you can see just how much they do to include people of all abilities and achieve their dreams of playing football.
Liam may no longer be with us but he willforever be in my heart and I will think of him every day and keep his memory alive.
