Hello and welcome to Liams campaign. 
Liam is a very much loved 5yr old son, brother, grandchild and nephew who is faced with challenges everyday of his life due to a very RARE condition he was born with called JOUBERT SYNDROME.
 
I am a single mum trying my best to stay ahead of bills but with the added medical costs at times it can be quite difficult as i am unable to work as Liam needs 24/7 care any help big or small is much appreciated.
