Lianna with transportation and medical expenses

Hi, my name is Phillipa Boreland. my youngest grandchild Lianna who is now 3 years old had an unfortunate accident about a year ago and is unable to walk or talk. She spends most of her days in bed and I would like to take her out to church, the park, and other events. We do not have the appropriate means to transport her and all proceeds would go towards medical bills and a van with a lift.
