Library for a School

My name is Lucy and in April this year I will be visiting The Gambia with my church!

Before this trip we contacted the people we will be visiting and asked if they had any projects they needed help with. One of these was funding shelves and books for their library. This fundraiser will be for helping towards the shelves, as we all know how important access to books is to gaining an education.

We will also be running a children’s club during the easter break for the children, as the time they are there they will be off school. The children will be doing games, crafts, and lots of other activities. We will be supplying and leaving the craft recourses as they do not have the same access to these.

Any money will be greatly appreciated for this, and any extra will be used to help in other areas. Thank you so much for your time reading this and generosity in giving!
