Licon Dairy Petting Zoo

We are a free petting zoo located in San Elizario, Texas. We receive thousands of customers from all over the country. On 01/14/19 two dogs entered our petting zoo and slaughtered a total of 10 animals and severely injured 3 more. The animals killed in this attack included deer, goats, sheep and a swan. Some of these animals we have had for over 10+ years and some born and raised on the farm. We have had to close our petting zoo for a few days to secure our remaining animals and aid our injured animals. Since our petting zoo is free and funded privately we ask for support from our community to raise money to rebuild enclosures that were damaged during the attack. The donated money will also go to purchase new animals. We are very thankful to our community for its love and support.
