Help Me Fight Family Court Injustices & Winter Preparation

Donation protected
Hello, my name is Richie, and I’m reaching out to ask for your support as I prepare to face another winter in difficult circumstances. My journey has been anything but easy, and it’s with a heavy heart that I share my story, one rooted in family court corruption, false accusations, and ongoing battles for truth and justice. I’ve spent the last ten months homeless, living in a tent, fighting for survival day by day. With winter approaching fast, I need essential supplies to make it through the coming months.

My path to homelessness is tied directly to a broken family court system. Several years ago, I was falsely accused of crimes I never committed. These allegations came from my ex-wife, who, along with her family members, orchestrated a plan to ruin my life through the legal system. This isn’t just my story; it’s the story of countless others who have fallen victim to false accusations and corruption within family courts. These false claims tore my family apart and dragged me through years of legal battles, financial hardship, and emotional devastation.

Despite the overwhelming odds against me, I fought to prove my innocence. Eventually, I was exonerated, but the damage had already been done. The scars of that battle remain, and even though the truth came out, the consequences lingered. I lost everything, my stability, and the life I once knew.

But I didn’t stay silent. I took my experiences and channeled them into advocacy. I organized rallies, spoke out against the injustices of the family court system, and worked to bring attention to the corruption that continues to tear families apart. I thought by raising my voice, I could help others avoid the same fate I endured. Unfortunately, speaking out came with its own price.

My advocacy made me a target—not just from those who didn’t want the truth exposed, but from government agencies and social media platforms as well. I faced censorship, had my social media accounts tampered with, and found my reach being limited at every turn. Despite all of this, I’ve continued to fight, because the truth matters, and people deserve to know what’s really happening within our court and government systems.

As if battling family court corruption wasn’t enough, I’ve also had to deal with the ongoing challenges of homelessness. For the past ten months, I’ve been living in a tent, trying to stay afloat while the world keeps turning. Recently, my tent was destroyed by animals. A squirrel chewed through it, leaving me exposed to the elements and forcing me to start over. Thankfully, a good friend stepped in and purchased a new tent for me. It was a lifesaver, but with winter on the horizon, I need more than just a tent to survive.

The cold months ahead are brutal, and I am in desperate need of supplies to make it through. I’m asking for your help to get the essentials that will protect me from the elements and provide some level of comfort in these tough times.

Here’s what I’m in urgent need of:

- Tarps to cover my tent and protect it from rain, snow, and wind.
- Winter clothing (most was destroyed by flooding) , including boots, sweaters, a warm jacket, and other necessary apparel like socks, shoes, and gloves.
- Hygiene items such as body wash, body spray, toothpaste, and other toiletries.
- Non-perishable food items to keep me nourished through the winter. Canned goods like soups, stews, chili, and spaghetti, as well as vegetables, snacks, protein bars, and bottled water, would help tremendously.
- Propane canisters (the small green 1lb cans) or an adapter conversion kit for my stove to cook and keep warm. Additionally, I need propane itself to fuel the stove.
- Blankets, pillows, and sheet sets to keep warm at night, along with towels for basic hygiene.
- Candles and batteries for lighting, as well as solar-powered items like lights and chargers to help me stay connected and maintain some level of safety.
I know that these are difficult times for many, and asking for help isn’t easy. But every donation, no matter how small, will make a huge difference in my ability to survive through the winter. I’ve been through hell and back, but I’m not giving up. Despite being censored and silenced by those in power, I will continue to fight for what’s right, share my story, and stand up for others who are going through similar battles.

Your support will not only help me physically but will also fuel my drive to keep fighting for the truth and allow me to finish my book. The challenges I face are not just about surviving homelessness—they are about standing up against a system that seeks to silence those who speak out. By helping me prepare for winter, you’re also supporting my ongoing fight for justice and accountability.

I appreciate each and every one of you who takes the time to read my story, share it, or donate. If you can’t contribute financially, sharing my fundraiser with others would mean the world to me. Together, we can make a difference, not just for me, but for everyone who has been silenced and censored for speaking out.

Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and belief in the power of truth.

With deep gratitude,
Richie
