Lieutenant Bruce Showalter Medical Fund
Donation protected
On Thursday February 13th, 2020 Lieutenant Bruce Showalter was doing work in his home when he fell from a ladder striking his head. Unfortunately, due to this fall, he suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury as well as bleeding on his brain. He is currently in the Neurological ICU at Gwinnett Medical Center. He has made amazing progress over the last few days but has a long way to go. In addition to the costs of intensive hospitalization, he will also face significant medical costs for rehabilitative services during his recovery.
Lieutenant Showalter served his nation as a Soldier in the U.S. Army, and has been a career law enforcement officer of over 30 years service.
He is loved and respected by his fellow officers and his community.
We are raising funds to assist his family with these unexpected medical expenses as well as anything else they may need to assist in his recovery.
All donations will go directly to his family. His family and his Brothers and Sisters at the Loganville Police Department greatly appreciate your support.
