Life Saving Cancer Treatment for Chandra Shova Suwal

Chandra Shova Suwal, 41 years old, married, living with her husband and their 2 sons. She is a teacher by profession in Bhaktapur, Nepal.

We are reaching out to you today with a heartfelt plea for assistance. Our beloved friends Chandra Shova Suwal and Shyam Lakha needs your help. Chandra had been diagnosed with Metastatic Gallbladder Cancer(liver), stage 4 and been treating in India for last 8 months with no progress leaving their kids back home. Chandra had just completed 6 chemo cycles as a routine treatment at Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute & Research Centre (RGCIRC), India. Based on most latest scan, the cancer had become more aggressive and deteriorating. It is so disappointing that at this young age a mother is fighting cancer with numerous chemo cycles and more to come based on the doctor's plan.

In this known case of carcinoma gallbladder, PET/CT scan findings reveal post cholecystectomy status with no FDG avid lesion in gallbladder fossa with few FDG avid abdominal, multiple FDG avid bilateral lung nodules and liver lesions(likely metastatic), predominantly cystic lesion with heterogeneously increased FDG update in left adnexa, no other FDG avid visible disease seen elsewhere in the regions of the body surveyed. Overall scan findings are suggestive of disease progression as compared to previous PET/CT dated 29/01/2021, lymphnodes show further increase in size and FDG avidity. Liver lesions, lung nodules and left adnexal lesion arenew findings.

Chandra and Shyam needs dire support from everyone for the further treatment as they have already ran out of the savings, added more loans for the treatment. Shyam had to quit his job for Chandra's treatment and they are already away with their kids for 8 months now, life becomes so brutal at times. Their sons are aged 13 and 9.
